On September 27, 2024, the Local Police of Malaga held the events on the occasion of the feast of its patron saint, San Rafael Arcángel, which took place at the Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga. 

  The event was chaired by the mayor of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre Prados, accompanied by the second vice president of the Provincial Council and president of the Provincial Firefighters Consortium, Manuel Marmolejo; the territorial delegate of Economy and Finance of the Junta de Andalucía in Malaga, Carlos García; the president of the First Section of the Provincial Court, Manuel Caballero Bonald; the deputy prosecutor of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Malaga, Valentín Bueno; the councilor delegated for the Security Area, Avelino de Barrionuevo; the chief superintendent of the Local Police of Malaga, Juan Ferrer; the territorial delegate for Educational Development of the Junta, Miguel Briones; and the director of the Institute of Emergencies and Public Security of Andalusia (IESPA), Asunción Grávalos; by the Consuls members of the Consular Corps of Malaga and by our Consul, Rafael Llopis.
